Project management at Carley, Wood Associates, Inc. begins with developing project timelines, budgets and product specifications. Through the duration of the project, the Project Manager serves as the single point of contact for our customer. Our production schedule is incorporated into the overall project timeline to ensure deadlines are met with the architect, subcontractor, product suppliers and/or other team members as required. CWAI completes the process with delivery or installation of the product. The Project Manager conducts a final follow-up with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with our product.
